A Dash of Design

This is my first ever entry on a blog! What to say? My name is Marcie Ballance, 36, mum to three children including four year old twin boys.

Working full-time, juggling the kids, cooking, cleaning and sleeping feel like my main activities but I also have a few other interests - architecture (I am a qualified architect), card-making and all things patterned - fabrics, stationery, wallpaper etc. So this blog will be a little bit of letting off steam about the daily grind, and a lot of sharing the things I love!
